Brad Diggans - Owner

I am a dedicated professional with over 17 years of experience in Software and Data Services, complemented by 14 years in Real Estate Investing and a deep commitment to Community Service. I am the owner at WeCAN Properties, where we focus on using technology and data to facilitate stress-free home selling solutions for our Pittsburgh neighbors.

At WeCAN Properties, we pride ourselves on our values of trust, honesty, and transparency. Our mission is to ensure that every interaction is characterized by open communication, supporting our clients throughout the selling process. My journey has always been driven by a desire to uplift the community and make significant contributions, and I am excited to continue that journey through my work in real estate.

Another significant part of my passion for our community is my involvement in The Captain Sean M. Ruane Memorial Foundation.  This organization was created to celebrate and continue the legacy of an American Hero and childhood friend who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our nation in 2014.  I take pride in serving as the President of this Foundation, which focuses on the support of our military, our community and our future leaders through scholarships and charitable contributions guided by the Combat Rescue Motto "These things we do, that others may live"
